Registration and abstract submission

Registration

The final decision on how to hold the HiSOR symposium, online or onsite, has not yet been finalized, but at least the poster session will be held online.
Therefore, we would like to request all the participants to register by using the ZOOM function as follows.

All participants, including invited speakers, are requested to register in advance.
Please fill out the forms at the following site in English.
When registration is complete, you will automatically receive a ZOOM invitation by e-mail.

The deadline of registration is 28th February, 2022.

Submission of Poster Presentation

Please send the following information by "e-mail" (hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp ; _at_==>@) with the mail subject of "Poster Presentation Submission".

The deadline for the submission of poster presentation is 14th February, 2022.

Abstract Submission

We would like to ask all the participants to submit the abstract. Please send the abstract by e-mail to hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp (_at_==>@) by 28th February, 2022.

Flash Poster Session and Poster Session

The poster session will be held online (ZOOM).
In addition, all the student presenters are invited to give a short oral presentation [~ 2min] at the Flash Poster Session on 10th March.
The flash poster session will be held in the main room of ZOOM.
After that, the poster session will be held using the break-out-room function of ZOOM.

The Best Student Poster Award

We will choose the best student poster award.
The Student Presentation Award will be announced at the closing session (3/11).
