Registration and abstract submission

Registration

The HiSOR symposium 2023 will be held both styles, online and onsite, (only oral presentations), while the poster session will be held onsite only. We are afraid that participants will not join onsite suddenly due to COVID-19, and therefore, we would like to request all the participants to register by using the ZOOM function as follows.

All participants, including invited speakers, are requested to register in advance.
Please fill out the forms at the following site in English.
When registration is complete, you will automatically receive a ZOOM invitation by e-mail.

The deadline of registration is 28th February, 2022.

Submission of Poster Presentation

Please send the following information by "e-mail" (hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp ; _at_==>@) with the mail subject of "Poster Presentation Submission".

The deadline for the submission of poster presentation is 10th February, 2023.

Abstract Submission

We would like to ask all the participants to submit the abstract. Please send the abstract by e-mail to hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp (_at_==>@) by 28th February, 2023.

Flash Poster Session and Poster Session

All the students as well as other participants presenting a poster are invited to give a short oral presentation (~2 min.) in the Flash Poster Session on March 9th. We will choose the best student poster award. The Student Presentation Award will be announced at the Closing Session on March 10th.
A PDF file (1~2 page) for Flash Poster Session should be submitted to the HiSOR office via e-mail (hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp ; _at_==>@) by Mar. 3rd. Because the time for the Flash Poster Session is limited, all the PDF files will be saved in a laptop computer by the executive committee members in advance. In order to notify the result to the winners, all the students are requested to send their contact information (mobile phone number, e-mail address) to the HiSOR office via e-mail upon submission of the PDF file.

Deadline for short oral presentation file is March 3, 2023.

The Best Student Poster Award

We will choose the best student poster award.
The Student Presentation Award will be announced at the closing session (3/10).

Costs

Registration is free of charge.
If you attend the Banquet(LA Bohème) on Thursday night, please pay in cash (Japanese yen only) at the registration desk.
